
YAKIMA, Wash. -- The driver in the fatal accident where a Harrah man died, made her first court appearance Monday.
35-year-old Sarah White from Zillah, was in Yakima County Superior Court for vehicular homicide and assault charges.
Washington State troopers said White failed to stop at the intersection and hit another vehicle on Evans Road.
Troopers said 75-year-old Theron Feil died at the scene.
White will be arraigned November 30th, and is being held on $100,000 dollars bail.
