ELLENSBURG, Wash. -- How about the Ellensburg Bulldogs, fresh off a 45-35 beating of Clarkston on Friday?
They move on to the state quarterfinals to take on Mark Morris on Friday night at 7pm under the Lampson Stadium lights in Kennewick.
And as the Bulldogs get ready, they are closely being watched by one Central Washington Wildcat, who is an EHS grad himself.
"You know, Coach Affholter has done a great job this year at Ellensburg and he's been consistent in his years at Ellensburg High School," said Central Lineman Tony Quirk. "And being part of this Wildcat team the past five years it's something I'll never forget. These guys I played with, their my brothers."
