RICHLAND, Wash. -- Two men are arrested for drug possession at the Shilo Inn in Richland.
Richland Police say hotel staff suspected drug use after 18-year-old Jacob Olson (West Richland) and 26-year-old Raul Saenz (Richland) used cash that smelled like marijuana to pay for a room. They also noticed a strange odor coming from the room itself.
Police confirmed the smell was marijuana. They searched the room and found cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Both suspects were booked into the Benton County Jail on multiple drug charges.
