Pasco Taco Truck Robbed

Updated:

PASCO, Wash. -  A taco truck was robbed early Sunday morning in Pasco.

Pasco Police said it happened at three o'clock in the morning at the corner of 4th and Court Street in Pasco.

Witnesses told police a man displayed some type of weapon and demanded cash from workers at a taco truck.

Police said the robber apologized to the worker and said he was sorry for holding them up, but said he needed the money more than they did.

He apparently got away with 350 to 400 dollars.  The taco truck reportedly stays open late into the night.

Police said they do not have a good description of the suspect.  He is a light skin Hispanic man who is about 5 foot 8 inches to 5 foot 10 inches tall.  Workers at the taco truck said he spoke softy during the robbery.
