Sunnyside, WASH - It's been almost two months since 26-year-old Veronica Ayala of Sunnyside was murdered. The suspect, 25-year-old Eric Flores of Grandview, is still on the loose. Ayala left six children behind who are now in the care of their grandmother, Diane Cantu. Canto doesn't want the community to forget what happened to her daughter.
"He killed my daughter and he needs to pay for what he did. People could walk by him and not even know who he is, but he is wanted for my daughter's murder," says Diane Cantu.
Cantu has gone to several places in Sunnyside to post Flores' picture and description. If you have any information on the location of Flores please call the sunnyside police department.
