KENNEWICK, Wash-- It's never fun to have to work on Christmas, but at Starbucks, baristas greeted customers with genuine holiday spirit.
Starbucks on Clearwater was one of the only places open early this morning. Even though it was Christmas morning many Tri-Citians still needed their coffee drinks.
Some of the customers we talked to today said they were surprised how busy Starbucks was but were also amazed by the customer service.
"Well, I was surprised to see them open. It's keeping us warm. They are real friendly and happy. It'd be much nicer to be with your family at Christmas but they're good customers," said Ike Mills, Starbucks customer.
Starbucks was not the only place open. Denny's, Carl's Junior, the Panda Express Drive Thru, the Sun Mart and Walgreens were all open at sometime on Christmas Day.
