PASCO, WA-Attorneys say the first witness could take the stand on Wednesday in the trial of a man accused of murder.
Franklin County court administrators summoned more than 150 people to the courthouse Monday morning. Attorneys will pick twelve to hear evidence against Gregorio Luna Luna.
Pasco police arrested Luna Luna in May of 2010 after officers say he stabbed his ex-girlfriend, Griselda Ocampo Meza.They had a son together. Prosecutors say the couple had a history of domestic violence.
If convicted, Luna Luna could be sentenced to life in prison.
