PASCO, WA- Jurors in a murder trial Wednesday saw the weapon prosecutors say a man used to kill a his former girlfriend.

A police detective showed the jury the broken knife removed from Griselda Ocampo Meza's apartment. The detective testified that later tests found Gregorio Luna Luna's DNA on the knife.

Prosecutors contend Luna Luna stormed his ex-girlfriend's apartment and attacked her.

Luna Luna's attorneys say Ocampo Meza received the fatal stab wound during a struggle for the knife.
