SPOKANE, Wash. -
David Greenwood scored an eye-popping 26 points for Mt. Rainier Lutheran at the 1B state tournament in Spokane on Thursday, but it wasn't enough to beat Neah Bay.
Neah Bay made 9-of-17 shots from three point range and put the Hawks away 51-47 to live another day in the tournament.
Tyler McCaulley scored 15 points for Neah Bay in the win. Michael Dulik added 11 and Zeke Green had 10.
The Red Devils will play Valley Christian on Friday at 3:45 p.m. Valley Christian advanced by beating defending champions Sunnyside Christian in the first game of the tournament.
