THE BRIDE: Justine, 26, a Bobbi Brown makeup artist at Neiman Marcus in Newport Beach
THE GROOM: Steve, 33, a district manager for asset protection at Goodwill of Orange County
THE DATE: May 21
Justine and Steve wanted to throw a wedding that was both unique and fun, so they set out in search of a cool reception venue. The Planes of Fame Air Museum tied in their mutual love of history and provided the perfect backdrop for a "love is in the air" theme.
The Bouquet
Ivory and pale pink peonies, ranunculus and white anemones popped against the girls' black dresses.
The Ceremony
Justine and Steve wanted a traditional ceremony, so guests tossed flower petals as the couple exited the 100-year-old chapel.
The Boutonniere
In honor of his dad, who passed away, Steve wore a small picture of him on his rose boutonniere.
Bridesmaid Dresses
Justine, wearing a mermaid-style gown with a flowy organza skirt, stood out next to the wedding party in their black dresses and tuxes.
The Reception
Black linens and chairs coordinated with the various WWII aircraft surrounding the dance floor and tables.
