SEATTLE, Wash.- A King County judge has ruled a 16-year-old boy will be tried as an adult on rape charges.

Prosecutors say last October, when Chrisean Cressel was 15, he raped a 19-year-old woman behind a chiropractor's office and assaulted a 17-year-old girl behind an apartment complex in Kent.   

Court documents show Cressel  threatened to shoot the women if they resisted.         

Prosecutors say video surveillance footage and witnesses helped police identify Cressel.
