MOSES LAKE, Wash.- Grant County sheriff's deputies say a deputy shot a man Tuesday morning after responding to a domestic violence complaint.

A sheriff's spokesman says paramedics took the man to Samaritan Healthcare Center in Moses Lake.

Deputies haven't released his name or his condition.

Grant County spokesman Kyle Foreman says the deputy wasn't hurt. Foreman says a team of officers representing law enforcement agencies throughout the region will investigate the shooting.
