Walla Walla toy store has new attraction - NBC Right Now/KNDO/KNDU Tri-Cities, Yakima, WA |

WALLA WALLA, Wash. - A toy shop famous for its mural of a big purple octopus now has a new point of interest. 

The Inland Octopus began operating its Octopus Light Rail on Monday. It's a track of three scale miles, with scale models of the Great Northern Empire Builder, two Union Pacific freight trains and a city trolley, that all running simultaneously.

Inland Octopus, the Northwest's premier toy shop, is located at 7 East Main Street in downtown Walla Walla. Store hours are 10am to 6pm seven days a week.
