YAKIMA, Wash.-- Yakima police are still looking for the man who robbed a coffee stand Friday morning.
It happened around 8:30am at the Cruisin' Coffee on Nob Hill Boulevard.
Police say a white man, about six-feet tall, wearing a blue hoodie, walked into the coffee stand, threw an employee against a wall and demanded money.
We spoke with that employee who says she can't believe it happened.
"I come to work every day thinking I'm just going to make people's coffee, not that I'm going to get robbed and thrown up against the counter. I never, ever, ever expected it to happen during the day like this," said Brittany Hearron, a Cruisin' Coffee employee.
The police K-9 Unit tracked the robber through a neighborhood, but he got away after the canines lost scent of him.
Anyone with information is asked to call Yakima police.
