Yakima, WASH.--A Moxee man accused of selling counterfeit airbags online appeared in Federal Court Friday.
Prosecutors said Jason Jordan and his partner Salvador Martinez sold thousands of fake airbags and car parts online for more than a half million dollars.
On Friday, the judge decided to appoint an attorney for Jason Jordan, since his income is fairly modest, and it appears he can't afford one.
The judge said Jordan is not a flight-risk, and he was released until the date of the trial.
