Local businesses shared some tips and tricks with each other Wednesday at the 2012 Business Expo.
KNDU was one of more than 100 booths at the TRAC in Pasco Wednesday afternoon. The annual event helps businesses become more successful through hands on seminars and networking opportunities. A trade show also helped companies connect with hundreds of suppliers for services and products.
The keynote speaker, John Formica, shared his secret to success while working at Disney.
"What sets one business from the other one is that they're going to give them a better experience. And the experiences create memories, and memories are what I want to continue to do business with. And so it's not just about a product or service it's about creating that experience," said Formica.
The annual event was organized by the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce.
