Gonzaga Strolls Past Northwest Nazarene 93-45

Posted: Updated:

The Gonzaga Bulldogs looked strong in their first and only exhibition game of the season, handling Northwest Nazarene 93-45.

The Polish 7'1 305 pound Przemek Karnowski  impressed in his debut as he led the team with 17 points and 8 rebounds. Elias Harris scored all of his 12 points in the 1st half as Gonzaga took a 45-19 lead at the half.

The sophomore backcourt of Kevin Pangos and Gary Bell Jr. continued where they left off last season, combining for 21 points.

It was pretty much cruise control from there. The Bulldogs played their reserves for a majority of the 2nd half, getting strong minutes from Michael Hart and David Stockton along with some new faces.

Gonzaga opens the season November 9th against Southern Utah.
