KENNEWICK, Wash. - With a week to go before election day, about a quarter of the ballots have been returned in Benton and Franklin counties.

Auditors say they were busy Monday with people registering to vote up to the last minute.

Next Tuesday is the deadline to drop off or mail ballots.
