Jake Keyes, from Spokane, watched the Pitt-Notre Dame game in person after signing books at a book store in South Bend.
A young man from Spokane might be the biggest Notre Dame fan in the country. And he has a book signing under belt to prove it.
Jake Keyes, at just 10-years-old, knows more about Fighting Irish football than most. He took that knowledge and turned it into a 100-page book. The book, which took more than a year to write, details the history of Notre Dame football.
On Saturday he held a book signing at a bookstore in Indiana. He then attended the football game against Pitt with nearly 20 members of his family.
"There's a whole lot of energy," Jake said. "It gets really loud sometimes and I just get really excited in there. I hope they go undefeated this season and head to the national championship."
