9-year-old boy hit by SUV

PASCO, Wash. - A 9-year-old boy is recovering after he is hit by an SUV in West Pasco.

Police said the boy ran out in the street between two parked cars at Westminster and Nash early this afternoon.

They said the boy has a leg injury but will be ok.

Officers said the driver was going the speed limit, stopped at the scene to help, and was not given a ticket.
