Sex offender moves to Grand Ronde Ave in Kennewick

KENNEWICK, Wash. - Kennewick Police want to tell you about a Level 3 Sex Offender who now lives in our area.
Police say 43 year old Terry Wayne Barnett has moved to the 2500 Block of West Grand Ronde Avenue in Kennewick.
Officers say he was convicted of felony charges of soliciting to commit aggravated prostitution in Shelby County, Tennessee in 2005, for failure to register as a sex offender in Benton County, Washington in 2010 and 2012, and for communicating with a minor for immoral purposes in Benton County in 2012. Police say he has numerous other convictions, including assaults, resisting arrest, trespassing, and escaping.
Officers describe him as a white male, 5'10" tall, 180 lbs, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
He is NOT wanted by police at this time.
