YAKIMA, Wash. - A Yakima man is spending five years in federal prison after being sentenced to manufacturing over 100 marijuana plants.
The department of justice said 25-year-old Luis Alberto Oregon-Sanchez was arrested in March 2012 at an indoor grow in Moxee.
U.S. Attorneys said officers found over 300 marijuana plants in the house.
They said the amount in the house was no where near under the legal limit permitted under the new recreational marijuana law.
