KENNEWICK, Wash - A State Farm Insurance agent in Kennewick is now better versed in customer assistance.
Scott Smith is one of 20 agents nationwide who participated in the State Farm's Inaugural Academy of Financial Services conference in Bloomington, IL this November.
The academy featured extensive small group training in customer assistance, including small business owners, with their insurance and financial needs.
State Farm experts in the fields of life insurance planning, group life insurance, long term care, retirement planning, and business owner planning taught each class.
