Prosser Man Faces Vehicular Homicide Charges

PROSSER, Wash. - After a seven-month investigation, a Prosser man is facing vehicular homicide charges.

Deputies say last may 19-year-old David Godinez hit a man on a bicycle on Old Inland Empire Highway.

They say the bicyclist, 31-year-old Jared Carr of Walla Walla, died at the scene.

Investigators say alcohol was involved.
