SUNNYSIDE, Wash. - Sunnyside's Goodwill Store is trying to find the rightful owner of a huge stash of cash that was found inside a shoe box.
The store's manager was sorting through some recent donations on Wednesday, when she discovered the money.
More than $10,000 was found underneath a pair of shoes, inside a shoe box.
They don't know when it came in or where it came from.
"We're really not sure. We get donations from all over, so that's one of the reasons we're trying to find the true owner and see if they can describe the shoes and the shoe box it was in," said GoodWill Store Manager Chella Cardenas.
