Temporary changes at Richland City Hall

RICHLAND, Wash. - If you do business at Richland City Hall, you can expect to see some temporary changes over the next few weeks.

In an effort to create a more customer-friendly, one-stop shop, Utility Billing is relocating across the hall.

By the end of February, services for utility customers, business licensing, animal licensing and other payment transactions will be handled in one location.
