Injured Wash. Woman Sues in Fatal Pendleton Bus Crash

PENDLETON, Wash. - Another person hurt in the bus crash near Pendleton last month sued the tour company.

The federal suit, filed on behalf of a 74-year-old woman from Lynwood, says the tour company allowed the bus driver to work without proper rest.

The woman remains at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle with injuries her lawyer describes as "severe and permanent." Several other victims have filed suit, nine people died in the crash, 38 hurt.
