MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) - Raheem Appleby scored 28 points and made seven 3-pointers to lead Louisiana Tech over Idaho 67-61 on Saturday night.

Kenyon McNeail added 11 points and Kenneth Smith seven points and 10 assists for the Bulldogs (23-3, 14-0 Western Athletic), who overcame a nine-point second-half deficit to win their 15th straight game.

Kyle Barone had 19 points and Stephen Madison 13 for the Vandals (9-16, 5-10).

Appleby shot 10 of 23 from the field, including 7 of 12 from behind the arc. After Idaho took a 36-27 lead in the second half, Appleby hit three 3-pointers in a 1:43 stretch to cut the deficit to 39-36.

His 3-pointer with 8:36 left tied the game at 48-all, and another 3 with 5:18 left gave Louisiana Tech a 55-51 cushion. The Bulldogs maintained that small lead for the rest of the way; when Idaho threatened to make it a one-possession game, Louisiana Tech answered.

Mansa Habeeb had 10 points and Mike McChristian nine points and 10 rebounds for Idaho.
