Attorneys Wrangle Over Evidence in Upcoming Murder Trial

PASCO, Wash. -Prosecutors and defense attorneys continue to wrangle over what evidence a jury will see in an upcoming murder trial.

Lawyers representing Tashia Stuart argue prosecutors can't prove memory devices were in two cell phones when detectives seized the phones from the Pasco home of Stuart's adoptive mother.

Stuart claims she shot Judy Hebert in March 2011 in self-defense.

Prosecutors say Stuart killed her mother in order to collect her inheritance.

Stuart's trial is scheduled for April.
