PRESS RELEASE FROM THE SPOKANE POLICE DEPT: The deceased male was discovered by a neighbor while out on a walk this morning. The Spokane County Medical Examiner is currently conducting an autopsy and more information will be released as it becomes available.

SPOKANE, Wash. - Police in east Spokane are investigating a dead body found early Friday morning in the area of Pacific & Helena.

Right now major crimes investigators are headed to the scene to look into the circumstances surrounding the death.
