UPDATE: Man Arrested For Selling Fake GU Tickets

PRESS RELEASE FROM SPOKANE POLICE DEPARTMENT:   

Spokane Police Targeted Crimes Unit is investigating the sale of fraudulent tickets to Gonzaga Basketball games. 

Nathan K. Hedrick (09/28/89) was arrested and booked on one count of Forgery this evening. Detectives believe that Hedrick has been printing fake tickets and selling them on Craigslist since February 20 and more charges are expected as the investigation progresses.

Spokane police officers and detectives from the Targeted Crimes Unit met with a woman who told officers she had been sold a fraudulent ticket to this evening's Gonzaga game. She told officers that she purchased the tickets from a person on Craigslist. After investigating this report, officers and detectives located Nathan Hedrick at an apartment on 3210 E. 44th.

Surveillance video at the apartment complex captured Hedrick printing the fraudulent tickets from the computers in the common area at the apartment complex. Police believe that Hedrick has been printing these tickets and selling them on Craigslist since February 20.

Hedrick was booked on one count of Forgery. More charges are expected as the investigation progresses.
