Trial Set to Begin for Man Accused of Killing a 2-Year-Old

YAKIMA, Wash.-- The trial for a man accused of killing his girlfriend's son is set to begin this week.

Prosecutors say Juan Lopez punched and killed 2-year-old Benjamin Miron back in 2010 while he was babysitting for the boy's mother.

Lopez is facing a charge of second degree murder.

He remains behind bars, his bail set at a million dollars.
