Head women's basketball coach June Daugherty will attend Washington State's Pac-12 quarterfinal matchup against Stanford tonight at 6:00 p.m., according to a team release.

Daugherty was released from the hospital Friday morning after an emergency appendectomy surgery on Thursday evening.

"I am very grateful and cannot thank everyone enough for the kind words and support I received and were sent my way last night and this morning," Daugherty said in a release. "I would like to thank the staff at Swedish Hospital along with Dr. Florence, who did the surgery."
