The new manager will re-train call center agents to be able to make customers happier than before.
Portland, OR (PRWEB) March 15, 2013
Probation.us.org has recently made a move to hire a new customer service manager. Though they're not releasing any names, this new manager has a reputation for 100% customer satisfaction in the work that he's done.
All customer service agents will be re-trained by the new manager in accordance with his specialty. Not only does Probation.us.org want to provide quality arrest records and criminal conviction reports, but also high-quality service that customers won't forget.
The company feels that this was the right move for them and a turning point in their business model. With a new lease on their customer service department, wait times for callers will decrease, easier communication will be available with their live chat agents, and faster email response time will be implemented.
The new manager commented, "I'm excited to share my success with Probation.us.org and can't wait to get started. My expertise in customer service has helped many businesses improve their agent-client relationships and I hope to do that here too."
Probation.us.org expects the process to start next week and will last until mid-April. Then, customer service agents will be fully versed in the new techniques on how to treat their valued clients. Additional customer service managers will be hired to model off of the most recent hiree as the business expands.
