Weather Authority Update for Thursday, May 23rd @ 6 pm
Good Evening!
We started the day with a few record low temperatures and areas of frost. Then we warmed into the 60's and enjoyed mostly sunny skies. Now we are watching some showers and thundershowers moving through the region. The low pressure system that continues to sit over the Pacific Northwest will keep the region cooler than normal with the chance for more showers and thundershowers tonight and Friday. Then things calm down for most of the weekend. There is a slight chance of showers or thundershowers later in the weekend and on Monday, Memorial Day. Be sure to have rain gear on standby if you have plans to be outdoors this weekend.
